| The Board of ICVL is empowered to make investments upto Rs 1500 crores. Proposals exceeding Rs 1500 crores would be considered by an Empowered Committee of Secretaries (ECS) for directly seeking the approval of the Cabinet, Government of India.
Board of ICVL comprises of the CEO’s of SAIL, CIL, RINL & NMDC, Director (Technical) of NTPC and Director (Personnel) of SAIL.
